Shipping Policy

At Organizer By Design, every product is made to order with care and precision. Below you’ll find details about our shipping process so you know what to expect once your order is placed.

Production Time

Because all of our products are custom-made, please allow approximately four (4) weeks for production before your order is ready to ship. We’ll send you a notification as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Shipping Time

Once production is complete:

  • Orders typically ship within five (5) business days or less within the continental U.S.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

Please note that while we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen delays with carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control may occasionally extend delivery times.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Any applicable taxes or fees are also displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to follow your package until it arrives at your door.

Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at support@organizerbydesign.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are interested in international delivery, please reach out to us before placing an order to confirm availability and shipping rates.
