Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every product is custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our standard production time is approximately four (4) weeks from order confirmation. Once complete, orders typically ship within five (5) business days within the continental U.S. You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.
Do your products require assembly?
Most organizers are designed to snap together easily without tools. Assembly is minimal so you can enjoy your product right away.
Can I customize the size or layout of an organizer?
Yes—customization is at the core of what we do. Order from our standard layouts or request a custom design tailored to your exact drawer or space. For custom orders, please provide accurate measurements and details so we can create the perfect fit.
Is there a design fee for custom layouts?
No—there is never a design fee for any product ordered through our website. Whether you select a standard layout or request a custom configuration, the price you see is the price you pay.
What materials do you use?
We use premium, durable materials designed to withstand everyday use. Our organizers are built to last and maintain their clarity and quality over time.
Do you offer trade or designer discounts?
Yes. We offer a Trade Program for interior designers and professionals with exclusive discounts and benefits. You can apply through our Trade Program page.
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability and rates.
What if I made a mistake in my order details?
Please double-check all measurements, finishes, and customizations before submitting your order. Because each product is made to your specifications, we cannot refund or replace items due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
