At Organizer By Design, every product is carefully crafted to order. Because each piece is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

All Sales Are Final

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, which is why we are transparent about our policy: all sales are final. Our products are not mass-produced — they are made to your exact specifications. For this reason, we cannot accommodate returns for reasons such as:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong size, style, or layout

• Deciding the product does not suit your space after delivery

We encourage you to double-check all measurements, design selections, and order details before completing your purchase. If you need guidance before ordering, our team is happy to help answer questions.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we take great care in the production and packaging of your order, we understand that issues can occasionally occur in transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include photos of the damage or defect along with your order number when you email us.

Once we review the situation, we’ll determine the best solution, which may include:

• A repair or replacement of the affected part

• A replacement of the full product

• A partial refund, depending on the circumstance

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or adjustments for errors provided to us at the time of purchase.
